October 25, 1833, letter from J.A. Palmer Hamilton in Indian Territory, to his English naturalist friend, Henry Langstaff, introducing "Baron Bransburgh" (Prince of Wied-Neuwied), who was then engaged in a two-year natural science expedition to the American west.
